Late yesterday, New York State released information for Phase One businesses to use as their prepare to reopen. This material includes summary and detailed guidelines, business safety templates, and a business affirmation form broken down by industry.

It is important to note that Niagara County is part of the Western New York Region and the region will enter Phase One of the Reopening Plan when it has met the Metrics for Reopening that are being followed across New York State.
Businesses that have been deemed essential and are currently open are also required to submit a
business affirmation form
and self-certify that the business meets safety guidelines. Those guidelines should be printed and posted at your place of business.
