After School and Distance Learning programs will be held at the Y this fall in partnership with the Marshall School District!

A hybrid model of learning has been chosen for this year with students returning to classrooms part time and spending time online. The Y will have all day and after school hour programming available to serve your family.

The Y has been offering school aged child care for 15+ years in Marshall. You can trust the Y to keep up with your student's learning and provide a safe and fun environment.

The tradition CONTINUES! Thanksgiving Day we will be running! As you can guess there are some precautions and changes in place for our annual event to keep everyone safe, healthy, and having a good time.

  • Heats of 25 runners spaced out in 5 minute intervals
  • Gathering area pre-race will move to the Gym
  • Front parking lot will be used for heat staging
Imagine going to work knowing that what you do each day positively affects the life of the people in your community. Working at the Y, you'll soon discover it's more than a job-you'll enjoy a career with a future and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of those around you. Our staff members-of all ages and life experiences-enjoy the personal satisfaction that comes from nurturing the potential of youth, improving our community's health and well-being and providing support to our neighbors.

All applicants should complete and return a Marshall Area YMCA Employment Application to the Y to be considered for hire.

Classes have been extended to 45 minutes and that means updated schedules! On site group exercise classes, lap swimming, private & group swim lessons, and our virtual class schedule continues. Remember, in-person group exercise and lap swimming will require a reservation. Check out the schedules:
