Help Your Community
The needs in Tompkins County have grown quickly. Only because of donors, like you, can we shift quickly, be nimble, and provide leadership and grants.
Staff are listening and leaning into creative solutions
to the problems caused by this public-health crisis. Your help is needed to plan for the future.
Donor gifts of every size make a difference!
If now is the right time, we'd love for you to help us help others.
Thank you to donors who have helped so far.

Strengthen Your Community
1949 was the first year of Mental Health Awareness Month, organized by the National Association for Mental Health.
The goal was to help individuals, communities and the nation to
focus on mental health and destigmatize the many issues around it by providing strategies for
strengthening our well-being.
Now, more than ever, in the midst of the worst crisis of global proportions most of us have ever experienced, it is appropriate to pay keen attention to
our individual and communal mental health needs.
