Let’s continue to be a blessing to each other and lift each other up in prayer as we face the known and unknown in 2022.
This morning we attended the monthly Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce (HVGCC), of which Kecia proudly serves as a Board Member. Every first Thursday of the month, the HVGCC hosts breakfast networking meetings.

This morning’s breakfast meeting, hosted by Deb Milone, President of the HVGCC, included a presentation by Terry Kirchner, Executive Director of the Westchester Library System. The library is one of the best free “gems” in our community, accessible to all, in-person and digitally. Kecia fondly remembers her mother Obie Palmer taking her to the Mt. Vernon Public library to get her first library card when she was four years old. The library opened new doors for so many families in the community. Free books, movies, music, programs, etc.Especially the “bookmobile”!

Check out your local library today. You will find all kinds of free resources to help you grow personally and professionally! Libraries are cool and one of our favorite places in the world to check out books, movies, workshops, computers, reserve rooms for community organizations, learn about local history, local performances, art, even “Firesticks”, etc.

Westchester Breathes is one of their popular free offerings.
At Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc. we help individuals and businesses get well. In 2022, let us help you with your business Development and training needs.

We will continue to do our best to bring you good cheer and a boost of inspiration and encouragement as 2021 comes to an end this month.

We encourage you to count your blessings and know that “you” are a blessing! We wish much holiday cheer to our Aero-Ba-Soul, Inc. Family and Friends. We thank our clients, community partners and you for your continued support and patronage.
