AVS recently held our second in-person conference - the AVS 22nd International Conference on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD 2022) featuring the 9th International Atomic Layer Etching Workshop (ALE 2022). More that 750 from around the world gathered in the lively and beautiful city of Ghent, Belgium to discuss the science and technology of atomic layer controlled deposition of thin films and topics related to atomic layer etching. We hope you can all join us next year for this very special event: July 23-26, 2023!
