Need a Photography Work-Fore-Hire Agreement?
We Have You Covered.

Having the perfect photos to showcase a new listing just might give you the edge you need when marketing the property. Hiring a photographer has become common place for many brokers and agents in the marketplace, but it doesn't come without some challenges. REALTORS® can face difficulties when using photos in MLS they did not take, because photos are considered the intellectual property of the photographer that took them.  In an effort to help our broker and agent members navigate the modern-day complexities of copyright challenges, Metro MLS has created a Work-Fore-Hire Photographer Agreement based upon best industry practices.
We strongly recommend you take advantage of this agreement when utilizing a photographer's photos on a listing in Flex MLS.

The Work-Fore-Hire Agreement is located in the Resource tab on Metromls.com, under Forms.  Also, you can view it here.
