Train the Trainers Day

Several of WSSDA's leadership consultants gathered at the office today to share insights and discuss experiences around training delivery. Due to the recent implementation of virtual trainings, part of the day was reserved specifically to review participant feedback and review tips and tricks for managing all the moving pieces in a virtual workshop.

Time was also dedicated to discussing facilitation strategies for when a workshop involves difficult conversations. The consultants considered several scenarios to examine what they might do in different situations.
