Congressional Challenge Highlights Growing Commitment to Physical Activity and Health

The 2026 Congressional Physical Activity Challenge, organized by the Physical Activity Alliance and supported by Myzone and Strava, concluded with record participation both on Capitol Hill and across the country. Through the Congressional Physical Activity Challenge and the nationwide Move In May Strava Challenge, more than 45,000 participants engaged in a month-long celebration of physical activity during National Physical Fitness and Sports Month.
