Sign-On Request: Support HSA Eligibility for Physical Activity in Final Reconciliation Package

The Senate Finance Committee released its draft reconciliation text—and unfortunately, it omits the House-passed provision that would allow Americans to use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) for physical activity expenses. We invite your organization to sign onto this coalition letter urging Senate Finance Committee leadership to reinstate this provision. The letter makes the case clearly: this is tax relief for the middle class, a tool for chronic disease prevention, and a critical alignment with the MAHA agenda and national health priorities.

Please review the letter and add your organization’s name Here by Friday 6/20 at 12:00 PM ET.
