The bill is led by U.S. Senators John Thune (R-SD) and Chris Murphy (D-CT), and U.S. Representatives Mike Kelly (R-PA) and Jimmy Panetta (D-CA), reflecting strong bipartisan support for expanding access to fitness through the tax code.
