October is National Physical Therapy Month and Ohio Sports & Spine Institute’s therapy team is encouraging individuals to capitalize on the many physical and mental benefits of physical therapy and massotherapy.

Inactivity Forced by Pandemic Can Worsen Chronic Pain, Other Conditions

And just like a chain, when there is a change between one part of the chain and another, it results in less efficient function overall.
