3. Checkout as usual. If the code glitches, write it in Order Comments or phone us – we’ll adjust manually and refund the difference.

Shipping Information

All prices on our website and invoices are in Canadian Dollars. We ship all packages with delivery addresses in Canada and the U.S. via UPS, Purolator (UPS handles U.S. deliveries), Canada Post (USPS handles U.S. deliveries), and occasionally Canpar. Courier selection is at our discretion. The following minimum amounts for free shipping apply after any discounts have been applied and before tax.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA ON ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S. ON ORDERS OF $180 OR MORE

Shipping fees for orders below the minimum amounts are as follows:

• PEI, NS, NB: $15 flat rate
• Rest of Canada: $20 flat rate
• United States: $25 flat rate

Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch most packages within 2-5 business days, with orders placed near statutory holidays or in March requiring an additional 1-3 business days. Upon shipping, a confirmation email with a tracking link (for most shipments) will be sent. Please be aware that tracking is available for most shipments within Canada and to the U.S.
