Pieces of the Rock
Parents,

We have finally made it! Here we sit on May 22nd able to say that we have just made our way through a year that none of us have experienced before. Even our most veteran of teachers can tell you this year has been the most challenging of their career. For an entire quarter of the school year, we all were thrust into a learning platform none of us were fully ready for and certainly was not on the agenda at our beginning of the year meetings. All of the challenges we have faced, all the difficult learning moments and all of the hard work you have all poured in has led you here… summer!

Even if the weather is trying to fool you right now, it is officially summer! I hope and pray that this is a time of rest and relaxation for you all. Certainly there is a time for hard work and these past 2.5 months have been an example of the tremendous hard work you have poured into school. Now is the time to reward yourself and take a breather. Our teachers enjoyed splashing into summer with our video that you can find in the link below. Parents and kids, I challenge you to splash into summer in the most creative way possible! We hope your summer is filled with fun and we cannot wait to see you all again next year!
Go Wildcats!

In Him,

Chris Brune

Virtual End of Year Art Show
A HUGE shout-out to Mrs. Andrea Koenig, our amazing art teacher, for bringing this virtual art show to life! We are beyond blessed to have her as a part of our St. Peter’s family. Mrs. Koenig constantly goes above and beyond to provide incredible art experiences for our students, teaching them about a diverse variety of master artists, the techniques they used, and important art concepts and vocabulary. Mrs. Koenig teaches all of these things, in amazingly creative and hands-on ways that result in some outstanding student art masterpieces! Thank you, Mrs. Koenig, for all that you do for our students. We love and appreciate you so very much!
A Message from Ms. Dierks
I want to thank everyone who participated in my retirement parade on Thursday. It was a wonderful surprise. I love you all and so appreciate you taking time out of your day to show your love. Today I woke up to another wonderful surprise. My front yard had this wonderful sign. Thank you Second graders and parents so very much. I love you all so very much and so appreciate your kindness. St. Peter's Lutheran School and Church are the very best places in the world! God's richest blessings to you all! Ms. Dierks
Congratulations, 8th Graders!
Our 8th grade students did not end their time at St. Peter's in the traditional way graduating classes of St. Peter's have in the past. Congratulations to each of them on a job well done, what a blessing their class has been! We look forward to seeing them for a graduation ceremony later this summer. We pray for their continued success in high school next year and blessings on their future ahead. #ProudtobeaWILDCAT
