Best thing about Pilates Plus: Getting to promote movement and fitness everyday. I love working with a variety of different clients at all stages of their Pilates practice. As a physio its also great to see people continue to improve and strengthen and help fix aches and pains with the help of Pilates!
Double Leg Stretch- you can take this one anywhere from a beginners exercises all the way to an advanced one. It's great to progress and works the whole body.
