COSTS & CONSIDERATIONS
The total cost of accommodations, tour guide, etc. will be $3,750. This is all-inclusive on the ground. This includes ground transportation, meals, housing, tips, etc. This does NOT include airfare (approximately $1,000 additional.)

An initial deposit of $500 (plus service fee) will be required by May 1, 2023. We will hold places in the order we receive deposits.
- Balance due may be made by check in two installments of $1,625 by January 1, 2024 and March 1, 2024.
- The accommodations are double-occupancy. If you wish to have a private room, the additional cost is $560.
- The pilgrimage will begin at JFK Airport in New York. Organizers will notify participants when the Delta flight becomes available for booking. Booking the flight itself will be the participants responsibility.
- Travel insurance will also be at each traveler's discretion
- Traveler's passport MUST be valid since months beyond date of return
REGISTRATION
- Please have your credit card handy before you begin registration.
- You may register yourself and up to 4 additional persons. If you wish to register other members of your family, you must begin a new ticket purchase. You will also need their email, passport information, food allergies, etc.
NOTE: Deposits will be fully refunded - less the service fee - should the pilgrimage be postponed/cancelled.
