Pinckney PTO November Newsletter
MESSAGE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL
Dear Pinckney Families,

Congratulations to our Pinckney Girls Volleyball team, pictured above. They were runner-ups for both the 5 th grade tournament and the regular season!

Don’t forget that November 25 th and 26 th are make-up school days due to Hurricane Dorian. The office often gets calls regarding whether or not we will take attendance on those days. The answer is yes. Because those make-up days were on the CCSD calendar before the school year began, they will count as official school days, and we will take attendance.

Happy fall to all!
Mrs. Sheppard

Pinckney Pantry
Parents/Guardians,
Mrs. Douty and Mrs. Hoagland have been busy collecting food donations, organizing the pantry, and meeting with families in need. They just finished the second Pinckney Pantry event, and now, they need your help to re-stock the pantry.

Below is a link for the signup genius where you can sign up to donate food/hygiene items.

Help Us Fill the Bin!

As your children outgrow their clothes or as you clean out closets, please consider donating your items to the Clothes Bin, located on our campus.  Our school receives free money (.07 cents per pound) for clothes, shoes, luggage, backpacks, belts, hats, and blankets/linens that are placed in the bin. Just think, if we all donated our old shoes, that would raise a lot of money… since shoes are heavier. So, let’s have a November shoe drive! (Of course, we will take any of the other items listed above as well.)
