We would like to introduce Phyllis Madeira as the new Assistant Property Manager for Pine Ridge Business Parks!
Phyllis worked at our Corporate Woods location for three years beginning in August 2016. She
started out as a Senior Lease Administrator for a year, then moved to Property Administrator before transitioning to Commercial Property Manager. H
er previous employment was as a Paralegal/Office Manager for a small law firm in Lawrence, KS whom she was with for nine years.
In her free time, Phyllis enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is prepping for a NPC bikini competition in April so that keeps her busy at the gym 6 days a week, but she loves it! "It’s been a life-changing journey for sure!"
