STAFF SPOTLIGHT

The New Year is bringing new management changes to Block Real Estate Services, LLC. We are excited to announce that Lisa Earleywine was promoted to Vice President/Director of Property Management! She will be moving from Pine Ridge to the corporate office on the Plaza. This change means we will also welcome Doug McInteer as the new manager of the Pine Ridge East and West Business Parks! Doug has been with BRES for over five years with prior property management experience in industrial and retail buildings. He previously worked for MC Realty Group and owned his own sign company. In his free time he enjoys watching sports and relaxing at his home in Brookside with his wife, Megan, and Maltese, Tessa. "I look forward to meeting and working with the tenants of Pine Ridge. Go Chiefs!"

TENANT TIP

Soliciting in the Parks is strictly prohibited. There is notification posted at the front entrances so if anyone attempts to solicit at your location, please send them to the management office located at 8273 Melrose Drive or provide us with their contact information and we will address the issue.
