THE MONTHLY NEWSLETTER OF PINE RIDGE BUSINESS PARK
September 2020
TENANT SPOTLIGHT
located in the Pine Ridge East Business Park, is an Authorized Distributor for numerous product lines for industrial automation & LED Lighting.  In business since 1978, some of the major products they distribute include sensors, electrical heaters & controls, process & control valves, LED lighting fixtures, and cable sealing systems. They work closely with their customers to provide technical and application support for the most challenging applications.

Eagle Sensors & Controls became a Division of Excel Automation (Cleveland, OH) in 2017.   The synergy of these two, well-established companies doubled their product offerings, and subsequently expanded their application & solution capabilities.

The current business climate has everyone cognizant of their bottom line. Upgrading from legacy fluorescent or metal halide to LED lighting provides the most immediate, guaranteed reduction in utility costs. The cost of energy-efficient, zero-maintenance LED lighting is at its lowest since introduction to the market.  This includes recessed troffers for office areas, high bay fixtures for warehouse illumination, and wall packs & parking lot fixtures for exterior lighting.

Eagle Sensors performs on-site evaluations of customer’s current lighting and specifies the appropriate energy efficient LED lighting.
