Pinellas County seeking Proposals for Professional Architectural Services
to design the new Tampa Bay Innovation Center Incubator

Pinellas County Government is requesting that providers of professional architectural services consider responding with proposals to design the new Tampa Bay Innovation Center Incubator located in St. Petersburg. RFP for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services

On Jan. 24, 2020, Pinellas County Government issued a Request for Proposals to provide Real Estate Brokerage Services. The deadline for questions regarding this RFP is February 14, and all questions must be submitted in writing to Jim Just at jjust@pinellascounty.org.
RFN for Lealman Residential Redevelopment Projects, March 5

Pinellas County seeks statements of interest in response to a Request for Negotiations (RFN) for the development of residential properties in Lealman through a long-term ground lease. Meres Boulevard extension, City of Tarpon Springs

Congratulations to our municipal partners at the City of Tarpon Springs on the ground-breaking for the Meres Boulevard extension project. The extension is part of the Meres Town Center development and will provide opportunities for commercial growth in the Southern Gateway area, more direct access to Florida Hospital, and an important hurricane evacuation corridor.
