Tech Advisor Selects Pinellas County for Relocation and Expansion of U.S. Headquarters | | |
Oncore Cloud Services has relocated its U.S. headquarters from Atlanta, Georgia, to St. Petersburg, Florida. The company chose the city for its robust financial services sector, talented workforce, and high quality of life.
As both a technology advisor and provider of managed technology services, the Canadian firm completed the move in October 2025. The relocation has already led to modest growth, with four new local hires, and Oncore plans to add ten additional positions over the next three years.

As of the end of Fiscal Year 2025, the ESP has 28 approved projects with $344,264,729 in total project costs, and ESP contributions of $43,847,281 for the development or redevelopment of 1,691,565 sqaure feet of space. Twelve projects have been completed, providing 840,895 square feet of new/improved space.
