The Pinellas County Employment Sites Program continues to successfully meet the obligations it set was designed to achieve: assisting in bringing new and redeveloped structures to the Pinellas market. Through four rounds of funding, the County has committed more than $22 million to construct/reconstruct close to 900,000 square feet of industrial and office space. Six of the 17 approved projects have been completed, delivering 471,000 square feet of new space that is meeting the needs of growing Pinellas businesses. Round 5 will be presented to the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners soon and we anticipate opening Round 6 late November. Learn more about the award-winning Employment Sites Program by visiting our website.
