Updates on E/W Improvement Project as of February 2025

Waterfront Seattle has completed finishing touches on the Pioneer Square East West Pedestrian Improvements Project. Major construction was completed in December 2024, and minor work to install lighting, landscape fences and bollards was wrapped up in January in addition to stormwater improvements on S Washington St. Expect to see new pavement markings later this Spring when the weather is warmer. This will be the final update in the Alliance for Pioneer Square monthly newsletter. If you have questions about the project, you can reach Waterfront Seattle via email at info@waterfrontseattle.com or call/text (206) 499-8040 or visit the project website for more details.
