A Person-Centered Plan is a unique process that focuses on a student’s hopes, talents, and dreams using a process that is called mapping.

Friends, family, and the individual share information to build the plan! We’re investing in youth with disabilities to be person-centered plan facilitators. Imagine youth with disabilities assisting their peers to vision their future! That’s the focus of PAVE’s year-end giving campaign. Our youth for their future.

Thanks to generous donors, all donations will be doubled through the end of the year! That means every dollar donated becomes two dollars!
Please share PAVE’s year-end campaign and check out more information about person-centered plans, a great way to vision one’s future and build a team to help!
