YALE COVID-19 POLICY: The Innovation Summit follows Yale's COVID rules and guidance for events. We will continue to monitor and update this section as required, and if policy changes, we will notify attendees. Here are the current requirements for attendees:

• Masking: As announced on March 10, masking will be optional for both Yale & non-Yale attendees.
• Vaccination Status: All non-Yale attendees fall under the visitors policy and will be required to complete the Vaccination and Booster Attestation form. As the summit is over 2 days, please identify as a long term visitor and use the email innovation.summit@yale.edu as the host. You will receive an approval email which must be presented at registration. All Yale attendees are already covered under existing Yale vaccination policy and have nothing further to complete.
