Pivot, Plan, and Persevere
Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, we have been working hard to support our members. We have advocated for them to our local government, promoted the good works that they have been doing in the community, and educated them with resources and webinars to help businesses adjust to our new normal.

We are here to make the Greater Bethesda area a great place to live, work, and play – and we will continue to be here through whatever challenges we may face. Watch our video below to see how we, along with other local organizations, have been supporting our community through this pandemic.
We all need to do our part in keeping our community safe - and that means wearing a mask!

A face covering must be worn whenever you are in public. This includes:
  • On public transportation (such as Ride On, Metro and ride sharing)
  • Indoors at any location where members of the public are generally permitted
  • Outdoors, when physical distancing is not possible
  • When obtaining healthcare services
  • When working in any area where interaction with others is likely, including shared areas of commercial offices, or where food is prepared or packaged

Join us in keeping everyone healthy & preventing the spread of COVID-19. Tag us on social media while wearing your mask and use the hashtags #bmasked and #JustMaskIt.

Message from Brian Wynne, Chair, Chamber Search Committee

As most of you have heard, Ginanne Italiano is retiring as the President & CEO of the Chamber at the end of this year after nearly 20 years of service. Hers will be big shoes to fill--Ginanne has worked tirelessly and done so much for the Chamber, it’s membership, and the community as a whole over those 20 years to keep the Greater Bethesda area the best place to work, live and play in the DC Metro area. To that end, the Board of Directors have formed a Search Committee and hired an executive search firm to perform a national search for a new President and CEO.

Please read the job description and share within your network--the deadline to apply is September 25, 2020. We are excited to move into this phase of the search process and want to attract as many high-quality candidates as possible. If you have any questions, all of the contact information is in the job description. Thank you.

Chair, Chamber Search Committee
