"Fashion Tea-Sta" to
Benefit Place of Hope!
Angel Moms Cherie Arscott, Zaicha Spodak and Angel Mom President Rebecca D'Emic hosted the Inaugural "Fashion Tea-Sta" Children's Fashion Show and Benefit for Place of Hope at the Leighan and David Rinker Campus, raising over $35,000 to support affordable housing and programs for our residents. This family-friendly event featured fashions from Elegant Child, a boutique owned by Rebecca and her mother Rene Barth. This "party with a purpose" was a wonderful opportunity for parents to bring their children to learn about giving back in their community and featured Mary Brown, a resident who grew up in foster care at Place of Hope.
Make a Difference This Holiday Season
Make a difference for a child in foster care, former foster youth, homeless youth, single mom with kids or a human trafficking survivor. Many of the children and youth in our care have never experienced memorable holiday traditions like gathering around the tree on Christmas morning or lighting a candle on the Menorah each night of Hanukkah. Most often, Place of Hope will be their first memory of these iconic moments in life shared with family. Help make their season bright by fulfilling a child's wish list.
