Places to Age

proudly announces a

key partnership with

Industry Expert - WellAge

On August 19, 2024, the Places to Age Board of Directors approved a working contract with WellAge Senior Living.

WellAge's team has extensive experience in senior living community design and management in rural areas of Colorado.

WellAge Senior Living and Vivage will assist Places to Age in our next crucial planning phase, which will include development and operational proformas and the required capital stack.

"We are thrilled to be working with Elizabeth Girling and her team! Her experience and expertise will prove invaluable in moving our project forward" states Wendell Pryor, Board of Directors, Places to Age

Established in 2015, WellAge is a sister company of Vivage Senior Living, which is located in Colorado. For thirty years, the founders of Vivage and WellAge – President and CEO Jay Moskowitz and CFO John Brammeier – have been pioneers and key figures in senior living and healthcare across rural Colorado.

Presently, WellAge offers services that cater to seniors in independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Two of the Places to Age Board Members will be supporting the HRRMC Foundation Jewel Ball this year. As a result, the Bronze Sponsor will feature Places to Age.

We thought this was another good way to let the community know about Places to Age's organization and efforts, especially in the context of a continuum of care.

Please note that NO Places to Age donations nor grant monies are being used for this sponsorship.

Please donate to our efforts to bring Assisted Living & Memory Care to Chaffee

Places to Age is a grassroots non-profit that is focused on bringing Assisted Living and Memory Care to Chaffee County.

Currently, there is no continuum of care facilities for our large and growing elderly population. We want to change this so people don't have to move out of the county to receive Assisted Living or Memory Care services.
