This years College and Career Fair will include over 100 college representatives and career and trade representatives. Students and parents will have the opportunity to explore career pathways and participate in workshops.

This career and College Readiness student prepared for his future ahead as a business and communication major by applying his skills, hands-on knowledge gained, and experience learned in Wade Williams classes at Saugus High School.

GVTV Cooking Off Campus Video Wins Award
Charles Deuschle, instructor at Golden Valley High School's TV production class, created the award winning video - Cooking Off Campus. The students are Jimmy Warshawsky, Melissa Griffin, Samantha Sharaf, and Andrew Oh. The video won The Signal Journalism Award 2018 for Best Feature High School Video.

West Ranch Wins Future Chefs
Culinary Throwdown!
Students in the Career & College Readiness culinary career pathway got an opportunity to experience first hand a real-world career simulation by entering the  Future Chefs Culinary Throwdown. Students problem solved, used critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity to demonstrate their skills.

Junior High Students Win Signal Award for Bullying Video
Congratulations to Nicholas Kroll and Kaleb Stoneman who won 1st place for Jr. Video Production at the 2018 Signal Journalism Competition.​ Nicholas and Kaleb are both 7th graders at Rio Norte Junior High School instructed by Jase St. Peter.

Stock Market Competition
Students in Mrs. Cox's Career and College Readiness business classes and Stock Market Club swept this year's fall, spring, and year-long categories at the SIFMA Internet Stock Market Games.

Culinary Arts Program
Congratulations to Elijah Vines from Golden Valley High School culinary arts career pathway! Elijah won a $2,700 scholarship from C-CAP (Careers through Culinary Arts Program).
Hart High School Advanced Photography Students

Jeremy Reeves is currently a second year photography student with instructor John Vincent at Hart High School. Jeremy has worked primarily in sports photography and enjoys capturing important moments in competitions. Rock climbing is one of his passions, and he aspires to follow the career of the National Geographic Photographer Jimmy Chin. Jeremy likes covering outdoor events and is preparing for his future by pursuing his photography passion after high school. His immediate plans after school are to go on a mission for his church and to later serve his country by enlisting with the Navy.
