Ways to Participate in #WOYC21
The Cabarrus Partnership for Children, Cabarrus County Government, and Early Childhood Foundation of Cabarrus County are partnering together to provide a virtual Week of the Young Child (WOYC) Celebration from April 10-16.

Starting on April 10, we will be sharing exciting WOYC updates on social media, including WOYC theme days and activities, photos and videos from local participants, and helpful resources to support young children and families here in Cabarrus County. Visit the link below to learn more about the Week of the Young Child and to gain access to some excellent resources to help you plan your activities!
Program Spotlight: Early Educator Liaisons
The Early Education Liaison (EEL) program funded by the Cabarrus Partnership for Children helps increase the education levels of early educators to increase the availability of quality early child care in Cabarrus County. The program provides scholarships to those who do not qualify for other financial aid and funds liaisons from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College to work with local educators/child care centers to enroll and help assist students in completing their education.
