During a visit to the 9/11 Tribute Center, students are encouraged to think about the impact of the events of 9/11 on our world by being presented with the powerful stories of those who were there. Students explore the history of this world-changing event and are left with a focus on the generosity and empathy of the response to the attacks. Plan your class' visit:
Self-Guided or Guided visits to the 9/11 Tribute Center concluding with a dialog with a Tribute Guide who shares their personal 9/11 story
Audio Tour Visit through the galleries and onto the 9/11 Memorial
Our school guides can come to you via a Video Chat Program where classes are able to have a remote dialogue with a Tribute Guide who shows a slideshow of photographs, shares their personal 9/11 story, and answers any questions students may have. Email education@tributewtc.org for more information.
