Hello Master Trainers and Class Leaders,
I hope this message finds you all well as we inch closer to the end of 2025.
I'm reaching out to let you know that the Extension Store will close for the holiday at 4:30 p.m. CST, Friday, December 19, and will not reopen until January 2, 2026. You will still be able to make purchases over that two week period, but any orders received between December 22, 2025-January 1, 2026 will not ship out until at least January 2, 2026. It may carry through to the following week, which means books would not be shipped until the week of January 5, 2026.
If your organization is in need of books for a mid-to-late January class series, i strongly recommend you order your workbooks before Friday, December 19. With the holiday season, shipping is taking a bit longer, so plan ahead for success!
A friendly reminder to all that you must be logged in to your Extension Store account before you are able to access and purchase the Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workbook. If you still have administrators or coordinators who need to be added to our list to purchase books on behalf of you/your organization, please send their name and email address to ptcaregivers@iastate.edu ASAP.
Should you have any challenges with purchasing, I would encourage you to reach out directly to the Extension Store, as I'm not able to provide much help other than to advocate on your behalf (which I will always do!) - 515-294-5247 or extstore@iastate.edu.
I hope you all have a wonderful week and can find time to rest and recharge during the holiday season. It seems like the perfect time to use the self-care tools we teach caregivers so often!
