PAC Makes Recommendations for Election |
The Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation Political Action Committee recommends the following statewide judicial candidates for the upcoming election on Tuesday, November 8th. Vic Stabile for Superior Court Anne Covey for Commonwealth Court In addition, the Political Action Committee recommends a "yes" vote to retain Supreme Court Justice J. Michael Eakin, Superior Court Judge Mary Jane Bowes, and Commonwealth Court Judge Robin Simpson.

Town Hall Meeting Brings Pro-Life Message to Franklin County
| State Senator Richard Alloway hosted a town hall meeting recently in Chambersburg. Executive Director Michael Ciccocioppo, Legislative Director Charlene Bashore, and Education Director Maria Vitale covered topics ranging from the anti-life elements of health care reform to the latest pro-life legislation in Congress and the state legislature. Plans are being made for next year's town hall tour by staff members of the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation. Former Planned Parenthood Director Welcomes Investigation
| The former director of a Texas Planned Parenthood center welcomes the Congressional investigation into allegations of impropriety at Planned Parenthood. Some Planned Parenthood Workers Object to Abortion Mandate
| Two Planned Parenthood officials have pulled their facilities out of Planned Parenthood because of the organization's abortion mandate. Lancaster County--Lindsey Hoban, soon to be Lindsey Tice, is an attorney in Philadelphia with a heart for pro-life ministry and for equipping Christians and lay persons on the topic of abortion. Lindsey came to Westminster Presbyterian Church on Oct. 2nd to equip those who attended with knowing how to defend your pro-life message in 30 seconds or less. We had about 40 individuals from all ages who left knowing how to defend their pro-life position. It was an interactive lecture/ discussion where she gave detailed handouts and showed different video clips from "Inside the Womb" and "Blood Money." All upcoming chapter events will be posted on Lancaster Right to Life's Facebook page.
Lancaster County Right to Life President Abigail Kiehl and Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation Board member Cindy Rearick will be the featured speakers at a pro-life event at Messiah College Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 7 p.m. at Boyer 235. The title of the presentation is "Abortion: God's Heartbreak."
Lansdowne - Delaware County residents, please join your pro-life neighbors and the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation on Saturday, November 19th to explore the benefits a local chapter of PPLF in your community. This informational gathering, scheduled for 10:30-11:30 a.m., is free and open to all. So bring a friend and come learn how you can support the local pro-life effort! (Refreshments will be served). Erie--People for Life's annual Christmas get-together will be held on Saturday, December 3 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the St. Joseph Church Community Center, 139 W. 24th St., Erie
