When experiencing mild difficulty with loading the Portal, be sure to regularly clear the cache in the browser that you use. Using the Portal and other sites can lead to a full cache that slows down use of your internet browser. Here is an infographic for how to clear your cache based on your browser.

Also, remember that any incomplete, non-submitted records in the Portal will be deleted after 90 days at the end of that last month. An email notice will be sent to contacts one day prior to the deletion of those records.
