Please be advised there will be a public meeting held by the Amberley Village Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, October 3, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Amberley Village Municipal Building, 7149 Ridge Road. The public meeting will be held to review proposed adjustments to the following item:
Brandon Guttman is the property owner of 9091 Ambercreek Drive and is seeking two variances from Zoning Code Sections 154.12 and 154.51. The variances, if approved, would allow for the construction of a 2,556 square foot detached garage with an overall height of 24'. The Village Code permits a detached garage to have a floor area of 800 square feet and 16' tall.
