Please be advised there will be a public meeting held by the Amberley Village Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, December 6, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Amberley Village Municipal Building, 7149 Ridge Road. The public meeting will be held to review the following item:
David and Valerie Lander, the property owners of 7435 Belkay Drive, are seeking variances to Village Zoning Code Sections 154.12, 154.14, and 154.52. If approved, the variances would allow the previously constructed patio to extend beyond 10' into the front yard, and the architectural wall and fire pit to remain in the front yard as constructed.
