NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California, on June 22, 2021, at 5:30 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing relative to the following matter:
The project consists of an update to the Housing Element of the General Plan, covering 2021-2029. The Housing Element addresses Vista’s existing and projected housing needs, constraints to the preservation and development of housing, opportunities and resources for housing, and an eight-year housing plan that addresses housing opportunities in the community.
