Planning for Adult Life activities, events, and materials are conducted and developed in partnership with The Arc of New Jersey with funding from the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities
Siblings of individuals with disabilities can have a powerful, positive impact on their siblings’ experiences, and are uniquely positioned to help ensure their present and future care in partnership with service organizations and government. Siblings can be of great support to one another and the lives of siblings with disabilities. In this session, we will discuss the sibling relationship, support organizations, the importance of including them in the planning process, and resources for information.

Hello Division Constituents and Community Partners,

As you may know, the moratorium on utility shut-offs in New Jersey is ending June 30, 2021, and may compound the challenges that some individuals already face when paying for utilities. In response to this, the NJ Board of Public Utilities (BPU) is highlighting a variety of energy assistance programs during their “Utility Assistance Week,” which runs from May 17-21.

Please share this BPU Energy Assistance flyer (also available in Spanish) with your networks and communities.

For additional information about New Jersey’s Utility Assistance programs, visit the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.

Thank you.
