Important Coordination Needs and Roles to Fill
So this ministry can continue to thrive!
Hi all! Wanted to share with you a brief recap of what came out of our planning in August with both adults and student leaders.

We had an open planning meeting on Aug 14 where any interested parent was allowed to attend, as well as of course our student and adult leaders within the youth program. We had a really great turnout and great ideas were shared. Student leaders then met on 8/31 to finalize the ideas that came up and begin some planning toward them.

In the end, here's what came out of these meetings, what we're excited to see happen:


I was honest with everyone that because of our growth and our goals, to remain at the level of programming we have enjoyed we'll need coordination help in various areas within the ministry. Based on these planning meetings and the last few years of our ministry, I've defined below what the areas in need are:

I would be extremely grateful if those with the capacity and passion to meet these needs would prayerfully consider taking one on. I would love to discuss any of them if there are questions. This year, we'd like to only provide events that we are confident there are adequate volunteers available for. As a part of this commitment, certain programs may not make if they lack a coordinator.
