PET SITTING CLIENTS: Please contact us with your pet sitting requests as soon as possible to ensure availability. Please note that services provided on OTM holidays will incur an additional Holiday fee of $6.00 per visit.

AVAILABILITY & EXPEDITED SERVICE FEES: We are do book quickly for the upcoming holidays so please contact us with your requests to confirm availability for services. Service requests that are received after July 2nd will be subject to an Expedited Service Request Fee of $25. 

CLIENT PORTAL UPDATES: In order to accommodate our clients during busy holiday seasons, please note that in some instances you may receive services from an On the Move pet sitter other than the one from which you normally receive services. Our pet sitters work year round and are all experienced with On the Move policies and procedures. If, however, you need to disseminate specific pet care information not already included in your pet profile, please contact us as soon as possible and we will update your account information accordingly.
