Order Planning Calendars Through POJ to Save
Save on your 2024-2025 Presbyterian planning calendar by joining POJ's bulk order. Our price is $10.50 each compared to $16.95 each from the PC(USA) Store. Orders must be placed by July 15. POJ expects the calendars to arrive at our office in August. POJ staff will alert you when your order is ready for pickup and the hours we are open.
Presbyterian Foundation Can Help You Attend Stewardship Kaleidoscope
Interested in attending Stewardship Kaleidoscope 2024, but concerned about the cost? PC(USA) ministers are eligible to apply for a grant through the Presbyterian Foundation to cover half of all attendance costs, including travel and hotel. For pastors who attend, this grant is also available to cover half the costs for lay leaders from your congregation to attend with you.
Outlook Interviews PC(USA) Moderator Candidates | On June 6, at 7 p.m., the Presbyterian Outlook hosts a conversation with the candidates standing for moderator of the 226th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Hear directly from the moderator candidates about their visions for our church’s future. Learn important context for what the next several years may have in store for the denomination.
Survey Gathers Interest in Restorative Experiences for Pastors | Emily Cowser, a Master of Divinity student at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and a candidate under the care of the Pittsburgh Presbytery, is designing a restorative wilderness experience for pastors. The program is designed to address the challenges of sustaining ministry in our rapidly changing context through offering a restorative immersive experience. Participants will gain tools for transferring their learnings into their home lives to cultivate sustainable ministry. Emily is gathering data from pastors to gauge the viability of this experience and learn about pastors’ needs for restoration. Learn about the opportunity and share your feedback at the link below.
