Getting a program's faster, age-group swimmers hooked into the ISCA Elite Showcase experience puts that swim team on a trajectory to the highest levels. As goes the team, so goes the coaches. With the commitment, the swimmers work to get the travel-meet cuts. Then after participation, swimmers and coaches aim to go back, faster than ever, with more teammates, in future seasons.
