Googling "Plano Water Bill" Could Cost You

Before you Google search “pay Plano water bill,” be aware that the links popping to the top may not be the true City of Plano payment portal. Residents have paid large fees ($4-$8) through misleading non-City sites.

On the City of Plano site, you are never charged a convenience fee to pay your water bill online. Always look twice before you pay through any online site.

Pay directly through the official City of Plano payment portal.
