Avoid Traffic Delays Along East Plano Parkway
If you regularly travel on East Plano Parkway, prepare for future lane closures. Wastewater pipes are being installed in the median. On Wednesday, July 22, the North Texas Municipal Water District begins phase II of a pipeline project. Eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane weekdays, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. between K Avenue and Shiloh Road. Westbound lanes will be limited to two lanes of travel at all times during construction. The project is expected to be complete in March 2022. Once the project is finished, trees will be replanted.
