With Mother's Day weekend being our opening weekend for 2026, we're excited to welcome everyone, and we are especially excited we will have Mary will be there to assist at checkout.

Apple Tree Pruning Workshop

Discover a diverse array of plants, from hanging baskets and blooming annuals to herbs, vegetables, native perennials, trees, shrubs, beneficial plants, houseplants, and beyond.


Note: No-spray facility.



TWIG Greenhouse Community Weekend


September 5–7, 2026


Join us for a festive community weekend featuring live music, food, yard sales, plant sales, and more.


We welcome:


  • Musicians
  • Food trucks (generators required)
  • Craft vendors and vendors of vintage or reclaimed items

Common Ground Fair


September 25–27, 2026


TWIG will be presenting at this year’s fair.


Presentation: Creating Balanced Landscapes with Beneficial Plants


(Specific presentation date to be announced.)



Eastport Tree Walk


Fall 2026 (TBD), or by appointment


Starting location: Peavey Memorial Library, Eastport


Format: Guided walk, approximately 3/4 mile, 2 hours


Highlights include historic trees, tree identification, and local ecology.


Fees:


  • Free for Eastport residents (Fall date only)
  • $12 for non-residents -
  • Children 12 and under are always free

Additional walks are available year-round by appointment.
