All Meeting dates are Thursday typically following a bi-weekly schedule.
A three-week period separates the November 10th and December 1st meeting dates because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
A three-week period separates the December 15th and January 5th meeting dates because of the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
Submittal periods will begin at 6:00 a. m. Friday following Commission meetings and will run four or five days, depending on Monday Holidays as defined by the COH official Holiday Schedule. All submittal periods will end at 11:00 a.m.
MTFP meetings will be held on alternate Thursdays from Planning Commission meeting dates in July and August.
All meetings will be held in city Council Chambers, City Hall Annex beginning at 2:30 p.m., 900 Bagby Street, Houston TX 77002.

Expedited site plan review available at 1002 Washington
Effective November 6, 2015, site plan or development plat customers at 1002 Washington may request an expedited review for qualified plans. Each expedited review will be conducted during normal business hours. A limited number of requests will be accommodated each day. If the request is accepted, an expedited review fee is due prior to review. This fee is in addition to all other fees required by the Code of Ordinances.
