Planning & Development Department Fee Modifications
The City completed a comprehensive review of existing and authorized development-related fees administered by the Planning & Development Department. The purpose of the review was to align the fees collected with cost accrued by the City for providing the service. A review of this scope and detail has not been completed in over a decade.
City Council adopted changes to the Department's existing fees as well as several new fees in December 2015. These fees go into effect on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. To view the fee modifications, please
that the following NEW fees related to subdivision plats will have to be paid in person or over the phone until the Plat Tracker system can be updated. See below for a brief description of these new fees.
