Ashley, Rachel, and Ruth, the 3 ladies who make up Team 209, know what it means to be happy and healthy. Two and a half years ago, the friends moved in to their own home and have joyfully immersed themselves into their community, building self-sufficiency, self-esteem, and determination while laughing, working, walking, and cooking together! With the help of a nutritionist, the ladies each lost over 50 lbs., and now they are sharing their healthy and delicious recipes on their website, Just a Dollop, and in their upcoming cookbook, which you can preorder here.
