Three Meetings Left of the FLDOE Standards "Listening Tour"! Please Attend or Email in Comments!
Six of the nine stops on the FLDOE Listening tour have taken place with the last one being on October 17th in Tampa. Dr. Effrem's prepared remarks are available here, wonderful parent comments by Cathryn Moering are available here, and pre- and post-meeting media coverage is available here.
The DOE is offering these public meetings to comment on the second draft (math & ELA) of the standards. The last one will be TODAY:
- October 23, 2019, Walton High School, 449 Walton Road, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32433
Doors will open at 5:00 pm local time. All events will be held from 5:30-6:30 pm local time.
