PUD Grant will Help Revamp Chamber Office
South Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Simon Date accepts a check from PUD Board President Jake Carter.

Our Board of Directors awarded a $5,500 Economic Development Grant to help with renovations at the South Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber is revamping its visitor center and establishing a business center for local businesses.

This is the third Economic Development Grant the Board has awarded in 2019.


Please Beware of Utility Scam Attempts

Posing as a utility employee is a common tactic for scammers. Please do not become a victim of these scam attempts.

You can use these tips to help stay safe against scammers.


Pay Station Locations to Change on July 1

Beginning July 1, Bank of the West in St. Helens will no longer serve as a PUD pay station. 

We continue to have payment drop boxes stationed in front of our office and at these locations.

If you are facing disconnection, please call us at (503) 397-1844 to report your payment, or make your payment online or in our office.

Donate Blood at CRPUD on June 10

We are hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Monday, June 10. It will be in the Community Room at our office in Deer Island from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You Can Help Develop Renewable Resources

You can help develop renewable energy resources in our region.

We provide customers the option of purchasing wind Renewable Energy Certificates to support renewable energy options in the Pacific Northwest. 


Enter GLOW Raffle to Win Quilt

You can help low-income PUD customers by entering to win this beautiful, handmade quilt. 

The Columbia River Piecemakers Quilting Guild donated the queen-sized quilt to be raffled. All raffle ticket sales will go to our GLOW Fund.

Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5, and can be purchased at our office. The winning ticket will be drawn in October.
